Dave Dyckman - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Dave Dyckman is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at American Tire Distributors, Inc. Dyckman joined the Company in January 2006. In his role, he has responsibility for managing the Company’s financial and information technology teams. Accordingly, he has been actively engaged in enhancing ATD’s financial reporting and analysis process, managing external credit and banking relationships, and furthering the Company’s information technology competencies. He has also been an instrumental participant in the acquisition of multiple companies since his joining the Company.

Prior to joining American Tire Distributors, Dyckman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Thermadyne Holdings Corporation (THMD.OB), a $500 million global manufacturer of cutting and welding equipment, where he was responsible for company-wide financial, legal, IT, and human resource activities. He also served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development for NN, Inc. (NASDAQ: NNBR)

Dyckman holds a Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY where he received Lester B. Knight Fellowship for excellence in Business and Engineering. He and his family reside in Davidson, North Carolina.
